Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee of $5.99.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order in the "My Orders" section of your account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order is processed and cannot be changed. Please contact customer service immediately if you need assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How do I return an item?
Log into your account, go to "My Orders", select the order, and click "Return Items". Print the prepaid return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
